Process Team
Process Optimization
On Site
The Process Team at TUM Carbon works on developing and improving the core processes behind our carbon capture technology. From running simulations to building and testing physical setups, we make sure everything works as efficiently and safely as possible. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, there's a lot to learn and contribute here.
If you love working on real technical challenges and want to make a difference for the environment, TUM Carbon's Process Team is the place to be. You'll gain hands-on experience that actually matters - both for your career and for the planet!
We're looking for someone to help us analyze and improve our existing processes. You'll dig into how things work, find inefficiencies, and come up with practical solutions to make them better.
Nice to have (but not required):
Background in chemical or mechanical engineering
Previous experience with process optimization
Knowledge of heat transfer and/or fluid mechanics
Familiarity with safety procedures
